Return Eligibility

We accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@baldure-apparel.com with:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if applicable)

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and address.

  3. Ship the product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are only available within 30 days from the delivery date


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to improper use


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
